Still time to help out

As Seth Arenstein points out on his Cable360.net blog: It’s Not Too Late to Volunteer. Check the website for information. Also, The Sportsman Channel is sponsoring a reception for volunteers.

In addition to official CableCares activities, plenty of other companies and organizations are helping out in other ways. See the Other Good Work page and you’ll find efforts from The Cable Channel, Multichannel News, Cable Positive, Gospel Music Channel, Scripps Networks, Motorola, The Starfish Television Network, Discovery Communications, Univision, and Ion Media Networks.
